Rules in football


RULE I - FIELD GAMES

FIELD

  • The game can be done in the field of natural grass or synthetic turf depending on the rules of the competition / game.
  • The color should be green synthetic field
  • If used for official FIFA matches, the synthetic field must be approved by FIFA

FIELD LINE

  • Tennis games have rectangular and marked with lines. These lines come from the areas that they limit.
  • The two longer boundary lines are called touch lines or we are familiar with the name of the penalty box. The two shorter lines are called goal lines we are more familiar with the name of the goal or the goal box.
  • Tennis game is divided into two sections with the center line, which joins the midpoints of the two touch lines.
  • Mark the center will be indicated at the midpoint of the center line. A circle with a radius of 9.15 m (10 yds) is marked around it. - A sign can be done from the field of play, 9:15 m (10 yds) from the corner arc and at right angles to the goal lines and touch lines, to ensure that the defender is in the distance when a corner kick is being taken



INTERNATIONAL SIZE
Length: min 100 m (110 yds) - max 110 m (120 yds)
Width: min 64 m (70 yds) max 75 m (80 yds)

Goal area (THE GOAL AREA)
Two lines are drawn at right angles to the goal line, 5.5 m (6 yds) from the inside of each goal. These lines extend into the field of play for a distance of 5.5 m (6 yds) and joined by a line drawn parallel with the goal line. The area bounded by a line and the goal line is the goal area

REGIONAL penalty (Penalty THE AREA)
Two lines are drawn at right angles to the goal line, 16.5 m (18 yds) from the inside of each goal. These lines extend into the field of play for a distance of 16.5 m (18 yds) and joined by a line drawn parallel with the goal line.

The area is bounded by the line and the goal line is the penalty area.

Within each penalty area, the penalty mark is made 11 m (12 yds) from the midpoint between the goalposts and equidistant to them.

An arc of a circle with a radius of 9.15 m (10 yds) from the penalty mark the center of each is taken outside the penalty area.

Flagpole
A flagpole height not less than 1.5 m (5 ft), with the mounted flag should be placed at each corner of the field of play.

Flag poles can also be placed at each end of the center line, not less than 1 m (1 yd) outside the touch line / line game.

ARC ANGLE
A quarter circle with a radius of 1 m (1 yd) from each corner of the flag pole is described in the field of play

Wicket

  • Wicket should be placed at the center of each goal line.
  • Wicket consists of two upright poles equidistant from the corner flag and at the top by a horizontal crossbar / bar. Goalposts and crossbar / bar must be made of wood, metal or other approved material. Should be square, rectangular, round or elliptical in shape and must not harm the player.
  • The distance between the goal posts are 7.32 m (8 yds) and the distance from the lower edge of the crossbar to the ground is 2.44 m (8 ft).
  • Both goalposts and the crossbar have the same width and depth, which does not exceed 12 cm (5 in). The line's goal should be of the same width as the goalposts and the crossbar.
  • The net can be included with the wicket and the ground behind the goal, provided that they are properly supported and do not interfere with the goalkeeper.
  • Goalposts and latitude / bar to be white


SAFETY
Hurdles to be embedded securely to the ground safely. Portable goalkeeper can only be used if they meet the security requirements.

Decision 1

RULE II - BALL
Quality and Size
The ball must be:

  • Round / round
  • Made of leather or other suitable material
  • Circumference of no more than 70 cm (28 in) and not less than 68 cm (27 in)
  • Weight at the beginning of the game is not more than 450 g (16 oz) and not less than 410 g (14 oz)

Replacement ball damaged / defective.
If the ball breaks or becomes damaged in a match then:

  • the match is stopped
  • the match continued with a replacement referee dropping the ball (do dropball) at the place where the ball earlier, unless the game is stopped in the goal area, in which case the referee dropping the replacement ball (do dropball) in the goal area line, parallel to the goal line at the point nearest where the ball was when the original play was stopped


If the ball becomes broken or damaged when not in the game that kick-off, goal kick, corner kick, free kick, penalty kick or throw-in:

  • game started / resumed by the rules.


The ball can not be changed / replaced during the match without the authority / permission of the referee.

International Council Decision F.A.
Decision 1
In addition to the requirements of Rule II, the ball used in the game and played in an official competition organized under the auspices of FIFA or the confederations is conditional on a ball bearing one of the following:

  • Logo official "FIFA APPROVED"
  • Logo official "FIFA INSPECTED"
  • Logo "MATCHBALL INTERNATIONAL STANDARD"

Logo on the ball indicates that it has been officially tested and found to conform to the specific technical requirements, different for each logo and additional to the minimum specifications set out in Rule II.
List additional requirements specific to each logo must be approved by the International FA Board. Institutions perform tests subject to the approval of FIFA.
Members of the association competitions may also require the use of balls bearing any one of the three logos.

Decision 2
In a match played in an official competition organized under the auspices of FIFA, the confederations or the member associations, no form of commercial advertising on the ball is allowed, except for the symbol of competition, competition organizers and the official trademark of the manufacturer.

Competition rules to limit the size and number of signs.


RULE III - NUMBER OF PLAYERS
Player
A match is played by two teams, each consisting of not more than eleven players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. A match may not start if either team is less than seven players.

Official Competition
Up to a maximum of three substitutes may be used in any match played in an official competition organized under the auspices of FIFA, confederation or association members.

Rules of the competition must state how many substitutes may be nominated, from three up to a maximum of seven.

Other matches
In a national team match, a maximum of six substitutes may be used.

In other matches, a large number of substitutes may be used provided that:

  • Team that competed to reach an agreement on the maximum number
  • informed before the match referee
If the referee is not informed, or if no deal before the game, then it should not be more than six substitutes are allowed.

All Matches
In all matches, the names of the substitutes must be given to the referee before the start of the match. Any substitute whose name was not given to the referee before the game can not be played in the match.

Substitution Procedures
To replace a player by a substitute, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The referee must be notified before replacement performed
  • Substitute just entering the field of play after the player being replaced has left and after receiving a signal from the referee
  • Substitute just entering the field of play at the halfway line and when the game is stopped
  • Replacement completed when substitute enters the field of play

Changing the goalkeeper
Each other player may change places with the goalkeeper, provided that:

Violations and Sanctions
If a replacement or substitute players enter the field of play without the referee's permission:

  • the referees stop play (although not immediately if a replacement or substitute does not interfere with play)
  • the referee cautions the player unsportsmanlike conduct and ordered him to leave the field of play
  • if the referee had to stop the game, to restart play with an indirect free kick to the opposing team from the position of the ball at the time of termination (see Rule XIII - Position of Free Kick)


If a player changes positions with the goalkeeper without the referee's permission before the change is made:

  • the referee allows play to continue
  • the referee warns the player when the ball is next out of the game


In the event of another violation of this rule:

  •  the player warned
  • game begins with an indirect free kick, to be taken by a player of the opposing team from the position of the ball at the time of termination (see Rule XIII - Free Kick Position)


Players and Substitutes Issued
A player released before the kick-off may be replaced only by one of the substitute list.
Substitute player on the list issued well before kick-off or after play has started, can not be replaced.

Safety
A player must not use equipment or wear anything that endangers himself or another player (including any kind of jewelery).

Basic Supplies
Basic equipment shall consist of players separate items as follows:

  • Jersey or shirts with sleeves - if using underwear, color sleeve must be the same main color jersey or shirt with sleeves
  • shorts - if using underwear, must be of the same main color shorts
  • Socks
  • shinguards or shin guards
  • Shoes


Shinguards / shin protector

  • Covered entirely by socks
  • Made of rubber, plastic or similar material suitable
  • Provide a reasonable level of protection


Color

  • The two teams must wear colors that distinguish them from each other and also the referee and assistant referees
  • Each goalkeeper must wear colors that distinguish them from other players, the referee and assistant referees


Violations and Sanctions
In the event of breach of this rule:

  • the game does not need to be stopped
  • the player at fault is instructed by the referee to leave the field of play to correct its equipment
  • the player leaves the field of play until the ball next ceases to be in the game, unless he has dimemperbaiki equipment
  • any player required to leave the field of play to correct its equipment may not re-enter without the referee's permission
  • The referee must inspect equipment players have worn properly before allowing to re-enter the field of play
  • the player is only allowed to re-enter the field of play when the ball is out of play


A player who has been asked to leave the field of play because of a violation of this rule and who re-enters the field of play without the referee's permission must be warned.

Restart game
If the game is stopped by the referee for taking care of warnings:

  • the match restarted by an indirect free kick by players of the opposing team from the place where the ball was when the referee stopped the game (see Rule 13 - Position of Free Kick)




International Council Decision F.A.
Decision 1
Players must not reveal undergarments showing slogans or advertising. Basic compulsory equipment must not have any political statements, religious or personal.

A player removing his jersey or shirt to reveal slogans or advertising will be punished by the competition organizers. The team of the player who has the basic compulsory equipment slogans of political, religious or personal or a statement by the organizers of the competition will disanksi or by FIFA.

RULE V - REFEREES
The authority of the referee
Every football game led by a referee who has absolute authority to enforce the Rules of the game in which he was assigned.

Powers and duties of the Referee:

  • Enforce Game Rules
  • Leading the game in cooperation with the assistant referees and the fourth official if any assignment.
  • Ensure that any ball used meets the requirements of Rule II.
  • Ensure that the equipment meets the requirements of Rule IV players.Act as timekeeper and keeps a record of the match
  • Lay off, postpone or cancel the match, at its discretion, for any violation of the rules.
  • Lay off, postpone or cancel the match because of outside interference of any
  • Stops the match if, in his opinion, a player is seriously injured / seriously injured and ensures that he is removed from the field of play. Only injured players can return to the playing field after the game has started again.

Decision 1

Decision 2

RULE 6 - ASSISTANT REFEREE
Task
Two assistant referees are appointed whose task, subject to the decision of the referee, is to provide cues / signs:

  • when the whole ball leaves the field of play
  • which team is entitled to a corner kick, goal kick or throw-in
  • when a player can be penalized for offside
  • when a substitution will be made
  • when errors or other incident occurred outside the view of the referee

  • when the current penalty kicks, the goalkeeper moves off the goal line before the ball is kicked and if the ball over the line


Help
The assistant referees also assist the referee to control the match in accordance with Rule Game. Specifically, the Assistant Referee to enter the field of play to help control the 9.15 m (10 yds) distance.

In the event of undue interference or any improper conduct, the referee will relieve an assistant referee of his duties and make a report to the appropriate authorities.

RULE 7 - LENGTH OF GAME

Round Games
The match lasted two rounds the same time is 45 minutes, unless there is another agreement between the referee and the two teams that will compete. Any agreement to change the game time (for example, to reduce the time a round of games to 40 minutes because of insufficient light) must be made before the start begins and must comply with competition rules.
Time Pause / Break the Second Round
Players are entitled to a break between the two innings.
Rest period should be no longer than 15 minutes.
Rules of the competition must state jakngka halftime break.
The length of the break can be changed only with the consent of the referee.

Additional time is lost
Additional time is given in each half for all time lost in the round because:

  • Replacement Players
  • assessment of the players cidara
  • removal of injured players from the field of play for treatment

Allowance for time lost is at the discretion of the referee.

Penalty Kick
If the penalty kick to be done or started again, game time or extra time is extended until the penalty kick is completed.
